La Camargue is the triangular shaped region of France situated between Montpellier and Marseille. It’s a very flat region in the South of France, a little like Death Valley, where you can find French cowboys. In La Camargue, you have bullfighting, but it is not like in Spain. It’s completely politically correct and PETA friendly since the bulls don’t get hurt. The bullfighters compete to catch rings placed on the bulls’ horns and whomever wins gets a cash prize.
